Frequently Asked Question

Q. Is this a Indiana Dealer License?
A. NO. We do not offer Indiana Dealer Licenses.
Q. How does the Dealer Licensing process work?
A. You will be a partner of an LLC (The corporation that owns the dealership) and will be assigned as a Dealer Agent. You will pay a monthly fee to be a Dealer Agent of that LLC and will in turn be assigned your own dealer plate, with insurance for any car owned by the dealership (i.e., cars you have purchased). As a partner you will be bonded, insured, licensed and trained as a car dealer.
Q. Can I attend dealer only auctions?
A. Yes! That is one of the best benefits to this program.
Q. Is this Dealer License in my home state?
A. We typically try to find a dealership in your same state. But chances are it will be an out of state dealer.
Q. What states are you currently able to help acquire a auto wholesale dealer license?
A. Currently all of the 50 States at this time.
Q. Are the dealer plates ( hard plates ) insured and registered?
A. Yes, the dealer plates are insured, and registerd with their state of origin.
Q. How long does it take to get set up with a dealer license?
A. If you give us everything we need, less then a week.
Q. Is it legal to use someone’s license?
A. Yes! You will purchase and sell vehicles on your own. The dealership has the right to sell as many cars as it needs on a per year basis. You are part partner of the dealership, making you a licensed dealer.
Q. Is there any training that I need to complete?
A. No. Your manager will train you in every area you need and provide you with the correct dealer forms.
Q. How much does it cost to get a dealers license?
A. Around $10,000. Most dealerships cost around $1500-$3000 per month to keep open. As a partner, you are only responsible for your monthly membership fees which are considably less. We handle the rest.
Q. Do I need to have a drivers license, current insurance, and a banking account to get a License?
A. Yes. If you do not have this documentation, you cannot apply to get a License. No exceptions will be made for anyone.
Q. Will I have access to a line of credit at the auctions?
A. The Dealers do not offer any type of credit line for their Dealer Partners. All sales at auctions are typically cash sales and need to be paid within 24 to 48 hours. Financing will have to be established on your own.
